The staff at the hotel were kind and helpful, making our check-in and check-out process smooth. The hotel's location next to a metro stop made it easy for us to explore Beijing. The room was clean and spacious, and the breakfast and dinner provided were delicious. We were also impressed by the prompt and effective assistance in retrieving a forgotten bag containing important documents and cash.
